Dr. Giulia Tinari joined Negrey Eye Associates in February 2017. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Cabrini College, Dr. Tinari attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University where she received her doctorate in 2014. Dr. Tinari completed a series of internships including The Eye Institute, Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and Kremer Laser Eye Center where she earned clinical hours.

Dr. Tinari specializes in primary care and contact lenses, as well as the treatment and management of dry eye, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. She also provides eye care for children ages 5 and older, and screens for binocular vision problems which could impact a child’s ability to succeed in school. Dr. Tinari provides pre and post-operative care for cataract and lasik patients.

Dr. Tinari is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the American Diabetes Association and serves as an adjunct clinical preceptor to optometry students from Salus University. Through continuing education classes, she learns of the latest advancements in clinical care to better serve her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Tinari enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, hiking and spending time with her family.
