My app was for 10:15.I arrived at 10:10.
After initial paperwork check & waiting
I was called in at 10:22 for initial drops
& X-rays; about 8 mins; then waited till called in at 10:50. 7 mins later was leaving. Status the same. No real remedy given to improve the vision.
I’m sorry for sounding sarcastic but what was accomplished?

Excellent eye and vision exam from DO Inciardi. I felt confident in my eye health... very important to me as an older adult. Please have models +/or pictures of the eye and eyelids to explain relevant items to me/clients. (Words are one method of communicating.)

The practice seems to be run very efficiently. I was taken at the appointed time by Dr. Negrey and earlier by Dr. Inciardi for the refraction. The staff was friendly and assuring. All my questions were answered.
I was referred to Dr. Negrey by Dr. Stephen Lee, my ophthalmologist to whom I have gone for many years and trust. Dr. Lee moved his office to New Jersey and I moved further away which made it impossible to continue with his practice. I am not disappointed with the referral and look forward to working with Dr. Negrey in the future. Thank you.
